Court To Britney: You're Shit Out Of Luck!

Spears' visitation remains unchanged!
The former singer's lawyers requested an emergency hearing on Wednesday. They wanted to try and get custody reinstated.
Brit Brit showed up to court but LEFT before going inside the court room!
The Commissioner kept his ruling the same as last week - Spears has had all visitation privileges revoked "indefinitely."
The next scheduled court hearing is February 19th. Unfitney better not request another emergency hearing before then and waste MORE of our Los Angeles taxpayer money!!!

There Once Was A Time

There once was a time when Britney Spears was known more for her music than her out-of-control behavior.
Let's pretend it's all about the music again.
A new unreleased Britney track has hit the Internets!
Click here to listen to Spears do a cover of the Ace of Base classic All That She Wants.
This is most likely a track that didn't make one of her first albums, judging by the sound.
It's nothing exceptional, but it's cute. It doesn't suck. And it's a reminder of those golden days when Britney was the Princess of Pop.

Going Back To Hollywood

Tori Spelling's "reality" show is about to get a lot more real!

Oxygen Picks Up Tori & Dean for a Third Season with Eight One Hour Episodes to Premiere Summer 2008
Cameras Follow Hollywood’s Hottest Couple as They Check Out
of the B&B and Move Back to Los Angeles
NEW YORK, January 22, 2008 – Representing the first major programming greenlight since the NBCUniversal acquisition in November 2007, Oxygen is renewing its hit series Tori & Dean…Still Inn Love (working title) for a third season, set to premiere this summer. This season, the couple realizes if at first you don’t succeed, move back to LA!
Actors, proud new parents and aspiring entrepreneurs, Tori Spelling (Beverly Hills 90210) and husband Dean McDermott are checking out of their bed & breakfast and moving back to Hollywood in the third season of Tori & Dean…Still Inn Love on Oxygen. After trading in the glam 90210 lifestyle last year for their country inn Chateau La Rue in Fallbrook, CA, the McDermotts are now returning to Los Angeles after succumbing to the hectic lifestyle of caring for a baby and pursuing their acting careers all while running a bed and breakfast.
“Over the last year, Tori and Dean have become one of America’s favorite families and one of Oxygen’s break out series.” said Lauren Zalaznick, President of Oxygen Media. “They’re a modern day Lucy and Ricky. They’ve got a great sense of humor about themselves, trying to juggle the demands of parenthood, marriage, their families and their work lives.”
Set for eight one hour episodes, this season of Tori & Dean follows the couple as they leave the B&B behind, buy a new house and search for pre-schools for baby Liam.
The couple created the show and executive produce along with Fenton Bailey and Randy Barbato of World of Wonder Productions, the production team behind the Bravo series Million Dollar Listing and Show Biz Moms & Dads.
With over two decades in the entertainment industry, Tori Spelling is an accomplished actress with a career spanning both television and film. Spelling’s upcoming memoir, "sTORI Telling," will to be published by Simon Spotlight Entertainment (SSE) on March 11, 2008. Married to actor Dean McDermott, they welcomed their new son, Liam Aaron, in March 2007.

First Blog of the New Year!Current mood: excited
Hey everyone! Hope you all had an amazing new year so far. I have, and I've never been happier. Last night we had the first screening of my movie The Hottie and the Nottie in Dallas, Texas, at the Regent Park Theater. It was so exciting to be watching it for the first time with a live audience and the response was incredible. It made me so very happy and proud to be a part of such an amazing project. It's a hilarious film with both a beautiful message and a fun love story…it's the perfect date movie!
My co-stars Joel David Moore, Christine Lakin, and Johann Urb are not only great actors and perfect for their characters, but are close friends as well. I had the best time on set and will never forget my time working with them. Joel, my love interest in the film, is probably one of the funniest human beings on the planet–he is such a natural comedian. I could hardly keep a straight face during scenes because he was always using improv and saying the craziest, most outlandish things. Christine, who plays "The Nottie," is one of the sweetest girls I know and is such a talented actress. Plus, I give her major props for having to go through three hours of hair and makeup a day to look the way she did for her character. Finally, Johann is not only one of the most beautiful men I've ever laid eyes on, but is also very down-to-earth and intelligent. He was a pleasure to work with on set and was a great singer, just to give you a little insight on my peeps
So back to last night at the premiere: after we screened the movie, we had an afterparty at The Ghost Bar, the new hotspot in Dallas at the W Hotel. It was a beautiful club and everyone had a great time. I was there with my friends from the up-and-coming band, "Forever the Sickest Kids"–check them out on their MySpace page at www.myspace.com/foreverthesickestkids . They are six musicians from Texas…I love their music and they are such sweet guys!
I hope you all like my new MySpace page–I plan to write more often now that I have the new setup…Well, I have to go now because I'm on my way to Philadelphia for another private screening of my movie. I can't wait to hear from you all, and check back soon for more updates!
Love you all!
Paris xoxo"

She's Not Doing A Fragrance, But…

Courtney Cox has tried her hand at acting, producing and now she can add "designer" her to her resume.
The Dirt star isn't coming out with her own fashion line, but she will be launching her own line of furniture, sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com.
Cox hopes to debut her collection later this year.
This makes sense. During the early '90s, when acting gigs were few and far between, Courteney bought a bunch of homes and flipped them. She loves design and is kinda like a female Brad Pitt in that sense.
But will they be selling it at Kmart? Unlikely!

Mommy Makeover

Halle Berry showed off a new 'do while running errands in Universal City accompanied by her bodyguard on Wednesday.
The rainy weather must be awful for those curls!
What do you think of Halle's new look???
Mommy looks ready to pop!
